Tony Zamora currently works as the Human Resources Manager for The San Jose Group - one of the countries top Advertising and Public Relations agencies.

Overseeing all aspects of Human Resources: from training & development, employee engagement & moral building, and the recruiting & retention cycle; Tony has developed a breath of HR generalist and managerial skills.

Tony began his Human Resources career while serving in the U.S. Navy. During his enlistment, Tony served as Chairmen on the Equal Opportunity Board, developed and managed a Training & Development program and served as head of the safety department.
